


Managed Care Helpdesk
Our Managed care helpdesk focuses on assisting clients to access the medical services that they are entitled to in terms of their specific options that they selected from the various GetMed managed health care plans. In particular the team helps clients to find appropriate health care providers, to get appropriate authorisation for health services and to register specific illnesses for treatment. The team also supports clients when they are admitted to hospital through proper case management.
