Providers Helpdesk
Our Providers helpdesk focuses on assisting our affiliated providers to provide appropriate health services to our clients.
The team also helps the providers to understand the GetMed managed care protocols, to obtain confirmation of benefit
eligibility and to obtain prompt payment for services rendered. The team also recruits providers in all areas of South
Africa that are willing and able to provide services to GetMed clients.

- Affiliation and accreditation
- Case management
- Information on our chronic medicine formularies
- Information on our treatment guidelines
- Inquire about your claims submitted for payment
- Submit an appeal against a denial of service
